FAQ: My iPhone notifications are not working

Users will receive your notifications on their lock screen only after they have done three things:. Updated their iphone software to Apple's 16.4 release.(it will be a few weeks before most people are updated) Added your app to their home screen. Subscribed to your notifications Steps 1 and 2 are not required for devices other than iphones and ipads.. . You subscribe by tapping the "subscribe" switch under the bell icon, which is visible only if you add the naigation bar to your app in the [Style Tab]. The subscribe switch is only visible if you are upgraded to 16.4.. You can also add a Subscribe action to your app. Tapping this action will subscribe the user. This action will only visible if the phone is updated and the app installed.. . .
